pregnancy & infant loss coaching

Aditi Loveridge is a certified coach, mindfulness meditation teacher and owner of www.pregnancylosshealing.com. Her work includes supporting people who have recently experienced loss, are trying to conceive after loss of any kind (pregnancy/infant loss, failed IVF, missed adoption), are pregnant again after loss and those still struggling after the birth of their baby. Aditi helps those who have experienced loss to reconnect with trust so that they can step beyond anxiety and fear.

yoga

Yoga is a powerful healing tool to help you connect—to yourself and to your community. Our classes are designed to support you (mind and body) through every part of the loss journey you find yourself currently on. Our instructors pride themselves in guiding a safe, non-judgemental, trauma informed practice. Our classes are semi-private (no more then 6 students) so you can begin to build your practice in a safe and sacred way.

No experience necessary. All levels welcome.

reiki

Reiki is an ancient healing tool that is used to support physical and mental trauma, gain mental clarity and deepen spiritual well-being. This hands on healing practice aims to help the flow of energy and remove any blocks in and around the body. Our practioners have a deep understanding of pregnancy & infant loss to further support your healing journey.

Massage is a very supportive healing modality that can help relieve stress, muscle pain, strengthen your immune system and support your overall well-being. Whether you have just experienced a loss, are trying to conceive, are pregnant again or have just given birth-our practioners are here to support you.

A key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture is used to unblock or influence the flow of your chi (energy) in the body. Reflexology

Reflexology uses mild pressure on reflexes mainly in the hands and feet to treat other parts, glands and organs of the body. Reflexology can provide much needed relief through working the body reflex that ails you through a part of the body that does not. Reflexology therapy has been known to help manage insomnia, anxiety, stress and hormonal issues. Try this powerful yet extremely therapeutic practice today!

Tarot card readings are a very ancient and intuitive healing offering. Our Tarot Reader is deeply connected to energy and uses her intuition to guide each session. You don't have to be someone who believes in Tarot to benefit from a reading, just come with an open heart and allow the cards to speak for themselves.
